FUNCTION OPTIONS 2012VENUE HIRE Up to 70 people (Green Room) - R3500 70-140 people (Stage Hall) - R6000 140-180 people (Stage Hall +) - R8000 180-240 people (Main Hall) - R10000 240-340 people (Entire Venue) - R12 000 Above prices are only a guide and EXCLUDE VAT. For an accurate quote please contact our Functions person. Venue Hire includes: Tables, Chairs and Tablecloths. The venue can accommodate up to 350 people, the club only has chairs and tables for 250 people, additional tables and chairs required, will be at clients expense. CATERING You have the option to bring in your own caterers for food only, or we can offer buffet style or plated meals. The cost of cutlery, plates and side plates are included in our catering cost. Should you decide for outside caterers and require the use of our kitchen, a R1500 fee is applicable and the cutlery, plates and side plates will be an added cost. BEVERAGES We have a fully licensed and stocked bar, it is against club policy and regulations to bring your own drinks (alcoholic or non). Should you require any alcohol we do not regularly stock, a list can be provided to us and we will acquire the stock for the function. DÉCOR & D.J. You may supply your own Décor and DJ or we can arrange this for you. STAFF We have our standard staff available for each function i.e. 1 x car guard, 1 x cleaning staff and 1 x barman and we charge an additional fee of R120 per waiter/cleaning staff and R200 per additional barman per shift. CLOSING TIMES Our standard closing time is 12 o’clock midnight; however we will allow an extension until 2:00 am at an additional charge per staff member required to remain at venue.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on day of confirmation and the balance payable is due 30 days before function date.
A refundable deposit of R1000 is payable with the confirmation deposit for any breakages. |
